What to include in your message
For integration questions, include the workflow you are trying to build, the subscription state you need to synchronize, and whether you are testing checkout, API reads, webhooks, or renewal handling. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, API secrets, or customer credentials.
For merchant onboarding, describe the product, target customer, expected subscription model, and the payment flow you want to validate. A focused first plan is easier to test than a broad billing migration.
For reliability or payment-state questions, include non-sensitive identifiers such as the affected route or transaction hash when appropriate. This makes it easier to separate checkout, chain, synchronization, and webhook issues without exposing secrets.
If your question is about a production rollout, mention the customer segment and expected billing cadence. That context helps distinguish a product-fit question from an API, checkout, or operations issue.
